We often experienced that early in the morning while we got out of bed, already a thought of worry was on our minds. As we started to think around and around of this issue – for example about our life, our health, work, ministry, children, finance, husband, wife, business, etc. – we noticed that we were getting more and more depressed.  

That is how the devil operates. He tries to catch our attention early in the morning by sowing harmless looking lies into our minds.  

 But God said in Romans 12, 2 that we should renew our minds. That involves testing if our thoughts are actually in agreement with His word. So we made this decision to be diligent early in the day filling our minds with Gods truth to become firm in our minds, believing that God is protecting us, that he cares for us and if necessary he will deliver us.
